A 20oz bottle of Powerade contains up to 35 grams of sugar, and a 20oz bottle of Coca-Cola contains 44 grams. That is 2.9 Tbsp and 3.66 Tbsp of sugar respectively. All that sugar is a common contributor to dental decay.
